Elana Istrin is the founder of Beach Bum Foods, LLC.  She is a Food Scientist with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Elana has taken many food products from concept to commercilization, including her own lentil avocado dips.  Before starting her own business she worked as a Food Process and Product Developer at Mars Food USA and has done consulting for many start up food companies.  Her true passion is Food Science and helping others make their dreams come true.
